Preview Lesson 1: The Right Motivation and Goal Setting
This lesson is the first element in the foundation of your top-level self-confidence. It addresses three levels of confidence, the rule of self-sufficiency, your current situation and objectives that develop motivation for a change. You will learn how to build effective non-contradicting intentions for growth, success and positive thinking.
The lesson includes a theoretical part, motivational meditation and a set of goal-setting and positive thinking exercises. Please note that if you are truly focused on results, adherence to all the instructions is imperative, given that they have their own internal logic. One of the tasks includes watching a movie and answering questions that pertain to the basic principles of this lesson.
