Preview Lesson 2: Leaving the “Habit-Zone” and the Development of Positive Thinking
This lesson is the second element in the foundation of your top-level self-confidence. During this lesson, you will learn about destructive habits that influence our self-esteem and, more importantly, you will say good-bye to your habit of self-deprecation, using your two brain’s operational systems.
The lesson includes a self-reflective warm-up, theoretical part and a set of assignments to develop a new pattern of thinking, feeling and behaving. Please note that if you are truly focused on results, adherence to all the instructions is imperative, given that they have their own internal logic. One of the tasks includes watching a movie and answering questions that pertain to the basic principles of this lesson.
