Preview Lesson 4: Pacifying your Internal Critic
This lesson is the fourth element in the foundation of your top-level self-confidence. It is a known fact that an internal critic “lives” in every person. Therefore, the first goal of this lesson is to understand to what extent the internal critic influences our self-esteem and motivation. The second goal is to establish collaboration with our internal critic along with practicing some positive thinking exercises to make it work for us and not against us.
The lesson includes a theoretical part and a set of positive thinking assignments to change your self-limiting beliefs. Please note that if you are truly focused on results, adherence to all the instructions is imperative, given that they have their own internal logic. One of the tasks includes watching a movie and answering questions that pertain to the basic principles of this lesson.
